As Anna and the surrounding communities’ fast growth continues, we will grow the number of programs and special events throughout the year for visual artists, art lovers, and our community.

We produce art classes for children and adults of all ages and skill levels. Member artists inspire creativity and art appreciation through seminars, workshops, and demos for small and large groups.

We also organize opportunities for local artists to engage with curators, collectors, and each other through networking events, art shows, community exhibits, and other professional development programs.
Civic Art Show - High School
The city’s 2024 Civic Art Show received 59 submissions from Anna High School. Local artists from the Anna Art Association joined a cross-section of art teachers, public officials, and engaged community members to serve as jurors. First, second, and third place awards were announced during the reception on Thursday night. These winning pieces of art will be displayed in City Hall for the next year.
Civic Art Show - Middle School
The city’s 2024 Civic Art Show featured 87 submissions from Anna ISD’s middle schools. Local artists from the Anna Art Association joined a cross-section of art teachers, public officials, and engaged community members to serve as jurors. They selected 6 winners that were announced during the reception on Thursday night.
